Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellation:
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

2. Rescheduling:
• Clients may reschedule their service without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee due to scheduling disruptions.

3. Special Circumstances:
• Exceptions may be granted for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule under these conditions.

4. Recurring Clients:
• If you are on a recurring service plan receiving service on at least a monthly basis, one short-notice cancellation (under 24 hours) per quarter will be waived as a courtesy. Further cancellations will follow the above policies.
